We’re looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to join our team and support our CEO, Nicole S. Turner. The mission of the Executive Assistant is to stay five steps ahead of the CEO, keeping up with all of the administrative details so she has the space to make her greatest contribution to the business.

The perfect individual for this high-growth position is someone who takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and has a positive mindset. We’re looking for a team player who is a problem-solver (will try to figure things out (Google it) but knows when to ask for help) and is willing to jump in wherever needed. We are looking for someone to manage digital resources and create and manage project plans.

While repetitive tasks are part of this position, the tasks assigned can vary from week to week based on the CEO’s needs and the needs of the business. The most important responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to ensure that administrative tasks and projects are completed with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support business initiatives.

Responsibilities

      • Manage the CEO’s calendar and email inbox as needed

      • Schedule, prepare the agenda, and delegate tasks from the team’s weekly meetings

      • Handle communication with schools—creating quotes, tracking payments, and sending invoices

      • Support the CEO in marketing and sales projects—keeping track of deadlines and jumping in wherever needed

      • Collaborate with the team as needed so everyone is successful in accomplishing the goals of the business

      • Manage the TpT and Woo Stores (uploading resources, notes to followers, responding to reviews & questions, etc.)

      • Taking the initiative to learn and become proficient with key tech platforms used (Klaviyo, Kajabi, Mighty Networks, Monday.com, Canva, Zapier, WordPress, etc.)

      • Handle personal and professional administrative tasks including, but not limited to, booking appointments, research projects, coordinating travel, ordering gifts, etc.

    Requirements

        • Must be available to fulfill the majority of job responsibilities during the day

        • Recent teaching or coaching experience is a plus

        • Previous experience in an assistant-type position is a plus

        • Must be savvy with Google suite apps, Canva, and PowerPoint 

      Job Details

          • 10-15 hours per week ($20/hour)

          • Fully remote/work-from-home position
